Theodora Skipitares – Anna Tzakou – Katerina El Raheb
Department of Performing and Digital Arts/ University of Peloponnese.

The students of the Department of Performing and Digital Arts (2nd and 3rd year) in collaboration with the distinguished visual artist and professor of Pratt Institute Theodora Skipitares and the artists/directors and teaching staff Anna Tzakou and Katerina El Raheb, investigate the principles of Xenakian Polytopes: a live multimedia structure designed by Iannis Xenakis for specific architectural and archeological sites. Students create a multimedia performance installation based on the artist’s musical works and basic texts on life, death and time. They combine creations of digital animation, video projections, constructions, actions, texts and music in space to create an audiovisual promenade installation. The performance is a collaboration between the classes Multimedia and Performance Making (A. Tzakou), Digital Technology and Character Animation II (K. El Raheb), Scenography – Outdoor Space (Ch. Thanou) and Digital Sound Processing: Music Composition (N. Vasilopoulos).
